Halliday Park

Halliday Park is located 5 minutes from the town of Lac du Bonnet on PR 502.
At one time, this 6.5 acre park was part of Lac du Bonnet’s first homestead, taken up by William Duncan Halliday in 1904. By 1930, the Lac du Bonnet’s preimer resort, Holiday Beach, operated on a portion this site.

With forested areas and grassy meadows, Halliday Park’s shaded alcoves are the perfect place for family portraits, wedding photos or even an afternoon picnic.

The Lac du Bonnet & District Historical Society acknowledge that we are on Treaty 1 territory and that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
