In 2018, the Lac du Bonnet & District Historical Society partnered with the Lac du Bonnet & District Charitable Foundation (administered by the Winnipeg Foundation) to create a Manitoba Heritage Trust Fund, the “Lac du Bonnet District Musuem Fund.”

Lac du Bonnet District Museum has partnered with The Winnipeg Foundation to establish a permanently endowed Manitoba Heritage Trust Fund to support our mission: “working in the present while preserving the past for now & the future.”

The Winnipeg Foundation will generate the tax receipts for all gifts directed to this fund under the Manitoba Heritage Trust Program.
Gifts to this fund are invested in perpetuity and the annual income generated is distributed to the Lac du Bonnet & District Historical Society to be used at our discretion.

To help us grow our endowment fund and continue to preserve and promote our community’s history, please consider making a donation today.
